Prescription of Ketamine?

Swim has been a heavy Ketamine user for some time now and things have got so bad that something really needs to be done about it.

Although Ketamine is not physically addictive it has a strong mental addiction over swim and was wondering if there was any way that doctors/hospitals/clinics would prescribe Ketamine in order to gradually bring him down and off it?
