Effects - Numbness in Left Thigh. (DAY AFTER INJECTING)

SWIM has injected heroin the day before, first time injecting, has snorted a lot before.

When SWIM woke up the next day, his left thigh was numb, SWIm just thought it may be the way SWIM was sleeping so SWIM ignored it. SWIM has noticed it being numb, (when touched, feels no pain) throught the whole day.
Now SWIM is going to bed and it is still numb and it has SWIM a little worried.
This has never happened before, and SWIM is woundering is this cause of the heroin injecting???

The numbness is only on the top of the thigh, but the whole top. Under SWIM can feel everything normal.

This just is very ODD to SWIM and is curious if any SWIY know what may be wrong? If infact this is cause of the drug or maybe something else.

Where (into the Thighs, Loin, etc.?) and How swiny Injected something?

Sometimes this Thing can happen but Dr. Swim know this only with Hands and Arms
and some rare cases in the Feet, on the Thigh he never hear about it!

SWIM only injected into the arm/hand with a needle. Nothing touched the thigh, but it started the day after.
