Abuse is an unknown quantity at this point
are we living?

swim first tried Diphenhydramine 3 days ago (700mg) and he has a question for his fellow psychonauts to ponder.

swim has tripped for the past 3 days and he questions the very fabric of our everyday lives. swim has dreams that are so lucid they are indistinguishable from real experiences in swims life...this leads me to my question. Whats the difference between the dream world and the world while awake? there seems to be none at all in swims opinion.

swim can "dream" and do whatever he wants. when swim wakes he is in a place that holds none of the magic that Diphenhydramine induced sleep holds. some would say that theres nothing that can compare to "Real Life", swim most definately dissagrees.. is swim falling into a state of psychosis? and if so, will it ever come to a point to where swim is stuck there? swim was diagnosed with schizophrenia a few years back and thinks this may have something to do with it

please swim desperately needs advice from other psychonauts on this matter.

Re: are we living?

The same thing happened to SWIM after he did a majorly large dose of Diphenhydramine (about 1g), for a few days afterwards he had severe anxiety attacks that continued in frequency but went down in intensity after a few weeks. During this time he had questions of reality similar to SWIYs own questions. SWIM would just give it time and try to give SWIY's mind time to "Heal", eventually this abnormal state of mind will subside, and SWIY will return to normal.

Re: are we living?

This is a common epiphany for psychedelics/dissociatives/deleriants/etc.

You will return to baseline but but with the gnawing feeling of something more. That this tangible world isn't so tangible. Now, achieving that awareness while sober is the trick. Not because drugs are bad but because the path itself is the key not the drugs.
