Tilia x europaea aka common lime

SWIM heard very old Tilia x europaea (common lime) may produce symptoms of narcotic intoxication.

what kind of narcotic intoxication would that be, what kind of effect?

as SWIM got a bunch of lime flowers which are very old and could brew up for a tea, but if the narcotic like effect is shit or horrible, he won't bother.

any advice?
