Swims use history:

Previous month - 120 mg codeine daily
P. three months - 400 mg tramadol daily
P. month - 315 mg codeine every other day
P. three months - Nothing
P. two years - Up to 315 mg codeine every other day

Prerequisite equipment:

A fit body capable of at least two hours exercise daily
A supply of codeine to last until day 5.
Senokot Max.

Day One:

11:00 Instead of his usual 120 mg dose of codeine in the morning, swim exercised for two hours, no WD's.

15:00 Mild WD's experienced, exercised for 1 hour.

16:00 Increased appetite caused digestion problems, took one senokot max tablet, slight discomfort but was effective.

21:00 Mild WD's noticed, took 60 mg codeine. No euphoria, but WD's ceased.
