Dominizer?

Has anyone used this? I've found this over the internet, but not sure how it compares to the vapourizers that cost hundreds. This costs 20 bucks, and while I'm sure it's not AS effective as the hundreds of dollars vapourizers, I was wondering if it's good in its own right? Thanks.

Well, I've made test tube vaporizers, as well as electric ones. This is
basically a test tube. It works good, and if you are buying it out of
curiosity, novelty, or non-everyday use I would suggest it over the
real expensive ones. They are pretty efficient if you grind your bud up
real fine and don't overheat it. Real fun to use, the taste is exactly
how it smells. Mmmmmmm.

But at the end of the day I still enjoy some nice water filtered smoke.
