Drug info - Cathinone

I have acquired several Cathinone pills (sold illegally in Israel as "Hagigat"). Cathinone is the 'natural Amphetamine', very strutucally related; the effects profile seems to be stronger. I am not sure if they are extracted from Khat (Catha Edulis) or synthesized, and I guess you can't really know. They are also probably adulterated. Usually insufflated or swallowed.

Does anyone have any information to share, specially if he had used these before? I haven't yet, but I plan on trying soon, beggining with a small insufflated dose since these sure aren't the safest thing.
