Effects - very unpleasant after effects with 110 mg

Today SWIM took about 110 mg of adderral through out the day. SWIM is prescribed to 40 per day. But now it has worn off for him and he says he feels really dizzy, confused, his forehead has a dull pain, he is having moderate hallucinations, and he puts his left hand on his heart every 5 seconds to make sure heart is beating. SWIM is also afraid to go to sleep for fear of his body ceasing to breathe in the middle of the night, or my heart will stop beating. Can someone reassure me that I'll be ok tomorrow morning?

swim has no knowledge of adderol, but would suggest a large glass of water and mild walk.

You will be fine, really. The best thing to do is calm down, do whatever helps. SWIM had a horrible experience, somewhat like what you are experiencing. He found the only way to calm his psychosis and stop his heart from pounding in rage was to sit down, and breath. Control your breathing, your body will want to breath every two seconds, but work into controlled and deep breaths. Lying down and breathing is the best thing for you.

It may pass, but if you are still under the effects of the amphetamine, any movement will trigger another spurt. Even walking can push you back into that zone.

Thank you, he felt okay the next morning. He took a lot of magnesium because he read that it protects your heart from palpitations. For some reason, he thought he could take 20 mg adderall at 10 am with a little kava kava extract to ease anxiety. It did just the opposite I thought it would. I felt drowsy but my heart was racing. He got home and immediately drank a big cup of orange juice to stop the madness. He's been in psychosis/"holy fuck I'm gonna die" mode ever since.

Is there anything SWIM can do to help feel better? Also is there any way to make adderall work better for him again? Thanks!!

taking such a large dose will make subsequent doses even less effective; take a break or decrease the dosages substantially.

When SWIM starts freaking out, he just takes a second to remind himself it is all in his head. SWIM hears it is very difficult to od on amphs so take that into account. The more SWIM thinks about it, the worse it seems to get. In SWIMS opinion anyway.
