Side effects - Bad LSA Experience?

One day Jimmy-Joe-Bob-Joey Johnson and his brother James-Joey-Rob-Joe Johnson had the idea of consuming an excessive quantity of Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds (from here-on-out baby seeds).
Both Jimmy and James are very experienced trippers, for the song Day Tripper was composed for the older of the two. Yet, something went horribly wrong this otherwise fine August afternoon.
The Johnson Brothers ordered 50 grams of the baby seeds from an internet website that neither can recall the address of. They weighed out 10 grams each, crushed, chewed and swallowed.
They can proceeded to partake in a 45 minute car drive (With a 3rd person who did not consume the seeds driving of course) out to some springs.
Upon arriving at the springs, the LSA was beginning to take effect (affect? SWIM can never remember which is which). They then spent the next 3 1/2 hours floating down a river with 4 or 5 of their friends, but only the brothers had eaten the baby seeds.
It was not a good experience. The brothers oft wonder what went wrong, but they do not know.
It was a hot day, so the sun and dehydration may have been an issue. Maybe the seeds were not clean on the outside (they had tried to wash them, fearing pesticides, but there are no guarantees to how well it worked).
Maybe they both coincidentally caught a 6 hour flu at the exact time they ate the baby seeds.

regardless, the brothers stomachs did not appreciate the experience. because of the extreme nausea and disgust occurring physically, the brothers could not even remotely enjoy the otherwise tranquil trip down river.
Upon getting out of the river and standing up, both felt hellish and more sick than they could ever imagine, the older brother projectile vomited violently.

The brothers have each taken LSD and Shrooms several times since, but they both vow to never attempt morning glories, hawaiian baby woodrose or the like again.

SWIM wonders if any other swimmers have had a like experience?
Or if anyone could offer advice as to what the brothers johnson may have done so horribly wrong
