Swim has made Laudanum mixtures in the past,some have followed antique pharmacy recipes to the letter,others have been more of swims own creative mixtures........
Question is to anyone that has had any experience with it could recommend a base alcohol..........
Swims favorite had/has always been Crown Royal,but since any whiskey is not a good alcohol to make laudanum with thats out the window.
If any one has a brand or type that they could recommend swim would be very interested......all will be considered.
And swim will report his success or failures.....as time progresses.
Swim was thinking about coffee brandy...?
