Confused on the whole codeine in cough medicine ordeal

so swim is a bit confused on the whole codeine thing in cough meds. From what swim reads, tylenol 1,2,3 have increasing dosages of codeine in them, increasing from 1 to 2 to 3. Swim doesn't know if these T1/2/3 med are syrups or pills. Swim lives in CT, doesn't know if that makes a difference in whether places like CVS sell them.

What swim wants to do is start sippin syrup ha mixing that shit with vitamin water and what-not. If the CWE method is better swim would do that too. Swim weighs 125 and is wondering what a nice, moderately-strong dose would be for him (in terms of mgs).

Please note I did search the forums quite a big but am a newbie compared to most and was very confused as to what alot of the terms meant.

Thanks!

miggeth needs to UTFSE some more before posting.
Re: Confused on the whole codeine in cough medicine ordeal

Start on 60 mgs to be safe, and increase slowly up to 400 mg, if needed.

Where, or what is CT?

T1 is generally avalible without a script, I'm not sure about about T2 but I'm pretty sure T3 is script only. Like Miggeth said, start low, really low, because you never know how your body will react. better to be safe than in the ER.
