How does AFOAF post a thread asking a qu about med combinations?

Swim needs to ask about the combinations of swims meds, swim has recently been changed to oxycontontin for cancer pain, but swim also takes tagamet for a stomach ulcer {also taking pariet for stomach problem;drug name rabeprazole sodium and maxalon;drug name metoclopramide hydrchloride for nausea and vomiting}. Swim has read that swiy's use tagamet to increase the rate of release of the oxy, but swim wants to avoid this, and have the oxycontin deliver into her system at the rate which will yeild best pain relief results. So how long should swim wait after taking oxycontin to take tagamet to avoid the tagamet interfering with the action of the oxy? How/where does swim post for this? Is swim as a newbie allowed to post and ask questions like this? Answers greatly appreciated
