Argentina

Swim has a friend who is going to Argentina, Buenos Aires to be exact.
Swim was wondering what are the drug laws in Buenos Aires. In addition, swims friend has knee problems and anxiety problems which results in him being prescribed pain pills and benzo pills in the states.How tight are the Drs with these meds in Argentina. Is their any meds over the counter that would help with these. He will be their for a while and will run out of his meds from the states.
