Injecting - Shelf Life Question

SWIM is new to the heroine game and he was wondering how long a needle with product inside would be good for after the H had been mixed and heated, then drawn through a filter into the rig and left to sit.. A few minutes, hours, or days?

If refrigerated it should last for quite a while. Pacman reckons days unless its tar which needs citric acid he believes. If citric acid is added then this usually precipitates after about a day and crystallises

Ehh... the longer it sits wet the more bacteria will be attracted.

The longest SWIM shot up a needle after it was filled with cooked up H was 3 days. Nothing bad happened, but that's not to say it's healthy to do.

SWIM shot up a needle with cooked heroin and (his own) blood in it 2 days later when the blood was all brown. That went okay too, but also wouldn't say it's healthy.
