Methadone and the 2nd amendment.

Swim has been thinking. If swiy was to enroll in a methadone clinic technically you would be a drug addict. Under the federal bullshit law swiy can now no longer own a gun. (because known drug addicts can not own/purchase/posses guns.

So the question is does the fbi,atf keep tabs on methadone patients and have them denied for a gun.
