Anal use - Rectal Carisoprodol?

A friend of a friend was wondering (for informational purposes only)!! If Benzo's work anally, which the friend assured they do esp. with a wee bit of grain alcohol, like 3-5ml and water) would something like carisprodol actually be less effective rectally because in order to get the meprobamate, the active metabolite, it has to metabolize through the stomach, swim thinks.

Or would it not matter? And does Carisprodol play an effect itself? Or is it all Meprobamate's work that gives the good feeling?

Any info or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Swim's curious about the pharmokenetics on this one.
