how much should SWIM do?

swim and a four of his friends intend to pitch in together to get some cocaine. its not the best quality, but its definitely no bad, lets just say its ok ... this will be swim's second experience with cocaine and he was wondering if a fourth of a gram would be a good experience for someone with no(or very little) tolerance to coke.
