OTC Pain Med during Endorphine Rebuilding
so we all know when you get clean it takes however long for your endorphins and neurotransmitters and etc. to rebuild. (swim doesn't know if he explained this correctly)
anyways, swim has been taking tylenol (acetaminophen/APAP/paracetamol) for minor aches and pains the past couple days. one of swim's big things is that he can't wait for his body to rebuild itself to the point that every minor ache and pain isn't debilitating (as it is for awhile after getting clean). is taking tylenol (acetaminophen/APAP/paractermol) or any OTC pain med going to slow or halt the rebuilding of the bodie's natural goodies? swimmers with knowledge of body chemistry wanted here.
