Codeine and Creatine

Any swiys out there know if codeine can clash badly with creatine ? As in have negative effects on swim?

Swim likes to work out and take creatine after his workout, ( swim doesnt know exact dosage but its around a spoonful of creatine monohydrate mixed in water, and then some more water is chugged )

So swim was wondering if codeine use after taking creatine can somehow lead to adverse possibly dangerous effects in the body.
