Storing - Storing and transporting LSD blotters in capsules

Is there any reason a gelatin capsule might react with or otherwise degrade LSD? In theory, the gelatin capsule keeps it away from air, then wrapping that in aluminum foil keeps it away form light. I have heard that aluminum foil degrades and reacts with the LSD molecule, although I can't find a good source or a few sources of information on this subject, and this is how it is usually packaged anyway.
