Never buy cut when you can get pure! Why would you pay for an inactive compound?

The fact you were told about this astounds me... Ditch that dealer, it sounds like s/he will fuck with you. Unless the dealer is talking about some combination of drugs, like 70% cocaine to methamphetamine, hes talking about crap one doesn't want in his body.
