is speed the most powerful stimulant known to man?

obviously amphetamine is much more powerful than caffeine, but how does it rank with other drugs such as crack and cocaine? Is methamphetamine a more powerful stimulant than dextro-amphetamine or other amphetamines used in adhd medications. This may be personal opinion, but how do certain drugs such as meth, adderall, Ritalin, concerta, and other "speed" drugs rank as far as the most "stimulating."
