Effects - Lost that loving feeling

As to my previous question.Swim has been on Morphine sultrate cr 60mg tabs at 300mgs per day,and Percocet 10/325 at 50mgs per day for about 2 yrs now.Swim says at first there was a nice feeling,but now not so much.Swim tells me he has resorted to taking all the percocets first which usually last a week to get back that feeling and then has to go to the Morphine for the rest of the month and it's just not the same.Swim is looking for suggestions on how to have that feeling all month that taking a bunch of Percocets give swim?Swim has tried taking 2 morphine and 2 percocet together chewing the morphine and said that works for about 3 hours,but swim is looking to keep that feeling all day.Any help or tips would be appreciated.
