No-one gets away scot free?

When Swie started using heroin she (like many people, I'm sure) believed she could get away with it. Do it for a while, stop, and resume life as normal. She's come to the conclusion however, that no-one gets away without any damage.

What do the rest of you think? Has anyone here who has stopped for good reckon they got away with it?
