Is this normal?

Ok so SWIM (a group of four) smoked two big joins ("chronic") 10 minuets apart from each other, and here is SWIM's account.

This was SWIM's first real time.

0-20 minuets in:
SWIM feels Happy, light headed, don't feel like caring about anything too much, bad dry-mouth.

20-40 minuets in:
SWIM is Drowsy, light headed, happy and dizzy.

60-90 minuets in:
Happy and docile, then SWIM starts to see and hear things that SWIM thinks might not be there but doesn't question it, but then it gets weird as SWIM starts to view himself walking around in third person , as like viewing himself from above, forgets lots of places he has been in the last 10 or so minuets, snaps in and out of focus a lot.

Is this normal for SWIM?
