Injecting - Strange symptoms when shooting???

Ok, Swims been using for 8 yrs. Shot every day for around 5 yrs. But the last couple of times shooting swim has had a very weird experience.

After im done i get the nice taste in back of throat. Then all of a sudden i get a nasty bitter taste in mouth and start sweating badly. Then swims vision goes like when fingers are pressed on eyes for 1 min. Big red rashes under arms and in between legs. Then vomiting. Swim has had this last 3 or 4 times when shoooting sometimes weeks apart, even though swim has high tolerance and has used different junk each time.

Its not a bad thing as its put me off shooting pretty much, swim has had dirty hits before but not like this. It first happened the worst last year and swim blamed it on bad batch. However, wonders now if its psychological or some kind of reaction to citric or just body is tired of shooting. Swim only finds veins in hands and feet nowadays as rest have gone.

Swims not looking for a way round this, as shooting is best left alone anyhow, but just wondering if anyone else knows what this is?? NHS said toxic shock or just dirty hit, but swim is experienced and has never felt anything like this before.
