Staying Healthy
Obviously one of the main concerns of being on amphetamines is decreased appetite. List good foods for keeping healthy. Heres some I was thinking of
1.) Smoothies - They go down easy and they're full of vitamins, fibers and other shit you'd find in fruits 2.) Bananas - High in potasium and go down easy 3.) Weetabix - Fills you up in the mornings and gives you a decent carbohydrate supply 4.) Soup - Goes down easy 5.) Fortified milk - Drinkings much easier than eating and fortified milk will replenish loads of minerals I haven't really put much thought into this Im gonna start looking into it. |
