Balloons
SWIM is new to the use of H, but not new to opiates. He is confused because most of the people he knows chase the dragon and call the smack inside the balloon a word he cannot figure out. SWIM assumes these people are saying "B" as in balloon but SWIM has heard it pronounced "bead" "beeb" and "B". i.e. "Tommy got the fattest ?B, bead, beeb? today."
