Oxys---> tramacet and codeine contin

So I was taking 5 mgs oxycodones and my doc wont give me anymore because they're addictive.

I got 50 mg codeine contin and tramacet each one contains 38 mg of tramadol.

Will this feel the same as taking oxys and is it safe to take a few more contins and tramas if I still feel pain?
