Addiction - Succesful stop of using G with Neurontin.

Hello.
Swim used to consume GHB or GBL every day. Not a 24/7 use but nearly.
About 20g of GHB by day, for several months.
He decides to stop using GHB or GBL.
It was a success.
No more G now.
He uses Nordazepam the two first days of stoping and gabapentin for about two weeks.

Now, swim drink alcool again (he stops consuming alcool since the first january 2009). but stops Gabapentin and benzos.

Swim plans to use G again (only GHB that time) in two or three weeks. And in a wise manner.

Could you tell us the dosages of nordazepam and gabapentin you were taking during this period?

First day morning,, swim used 15mg Nordazepam and 1600mg gabapentin insteed of his 2.5g of GHB.
In the afternoon, get busy by the work, no time to think, when swim start feeling bad he taked again 15mg nordazepam and 1600mg neurontin.
Swim drinked in the evening three glass of vodka.
Bad sleep and sweat.

Second day : 15mg nordazepam 1600mg Gabapentin, two glass of vodka. Good meal. Meditation (very hard) and stretching.
Eated a lot of bananas.
Sleep well but only 4 hours.

The week after : 800 to 400mg of neurontin. No more nordazepam. A lot of swimming in the sea (swim live in south France).
Social drinking. One beer at the bar.
Very good wine for the meal.
A lot lot lot of Green tea.
Good sleep and vivid dreams.

Motivation come back.

End of the week Swim enjoy 80mg of DIPT and funny music games.
400mg neurontin.

Swim hope next week no more neurontin, more sport,

Voila.
Swim is happy.

swim think Gabapentin is a very good aid for stop GHB.
Stangely it give the empatogen feeling that swim experimented with GHB before addiction.

Set SWIYs limit for GHB/GBL this time round. Once a week? Twice a week?

SWIM doesn't use GBL that much, he usually does it once a week and maybe he'll redose one after but usually doesn't feel the urge.

swim will use g twice a week now. But wait three weeks before doing this.

Swim stop neurontin too without any effects.
