Alternative drugs that feel similar to heroin

I hear Fentanyl can be a good alternative, but it is extremely potent
so you have to be very careful about ensuring that you don't take too
much.

fantanyl(duragesic patches) ive injected them and they're really nice!!mmmmmmmmmmmmm...
i'f had 2.5mg patches and i could have 10shots out of it!250µg/shot was enough for me
it's shorter in duration than heroin (1-2h)

injecting codeine can kill you. Try dilaudid or oxycodone, they give a good rush (although shooting pills can cause a pulmonary granuloma).

In my experiences Dilaudid is about the closest to "h" that i know of. Fentanyl is probably the actual closest but its too hard to measure your dosage and the risk of oding is extreamly high. The best way i have found to use fentanyl is by eating the gel but keep in mind this very dangerous as well.


if you do get ahold of dillies just make sure you do your research before using them iv. I spent five days in the hospital because of poor judgment while using pills iv.

I know I've promoted kratom like crazy but I think this stuff might work for you. It's excellent for getting people off opiates cause it effects the delta receptors, but doesn't effects the mu receptors, so you won't get hooked. It definately calms the craving for opiates which is great. I don't know how good it is for such a strong opiate as heroin but it works well for other opiates.

As far as a heroin alternative... I don't know, it might not get you much of a buzz cause your body has a tolerance for opiates and things that effect the opiate receptors. That is the closest thing to an opiate though and it's legal.Edited by: sands of time

Yeah, but shooting codeine will kill you due to facial swelling and pulmonary edema. It's one of those things youjust don'tshoot recreationally unless you're really fucking stupid.

diformylmorphine. Made is exactly the same way as heroin but with
formic anhydride instead of acetic anhydride. Also, it is marginely
more stronger than heroin because of the shorter carbon chain.





EDIT: good for informational purposes but still illegal because of the
damn CAS in the states. I dont think it is illegal here because
(atleast as far as i know) we dont have an analouge act

I would say that Australia would have analogues. I don't actually
know though, just figure they would since we [New Zealand] do.

It sucks when you get abatch of dope that's obviously some chemy fentanyl analog the rush doesn't feel anything like real dope, and it lasts a lot shorter. You get sick a lot quicker, Which always meant my dope ran out a lot quicker. It sucked once i was stuck not able to get anything but that stuff for two weeks. There was a ton of it it was everywhere, after I complained to the right person I was able to get it cheaper until real dope came back. That was cool but still didn't make up for it(I still always ran out too quick). I agree of al the pill options dilaudid felt the most like dope, though shooting oxys can be quite rewarding as well but you can tell its not like dope maybe just me..

SWIM's always been able to get methadone very easily for very cheap, luckily SWIM has been able to keep it in moderation. It's pretty close to dope IMO anyway. But nothing is ever gonna be quite as good

opiates do feel similar to most people, with slight variations with the different drugs and different users. but heroin does feel similar to some of these according to some swims, particularly codeine and morphine.

SWIY should start just snorting H, then you should also use sum powerful OCs and take them orally (dont crush them) that should help alot, and also use kratom, and soon enough those lines will be dust in the wind, in my opinion this is one of the best ways to get weened off of heroin

Yes Dr swim will agree for the most part,swims opinion is if swiy is looking for a alternative to get off of dog-food(A.K.A. H) would maybee consider how much swiy is shooting or snorting of dog-food.Well lets say a tenner a day? well then if thats the case swim has read that one could taper down with the above mentioned oxy.,starting off with an 40 mg and then 4 to 6 hours later maybe another 40 mg or at least a 20 mg .????That all depends on swiys tolorence to the dog-food of-course.Yes swim also agrees to take the oxy"s orally not crushing them if swiy"s is really looking for an alternative to perhaps kick it,swims opinion is that dolophine (methadone) is a healer when it comes to kicking it.... Swim has had some expeirences with h and found him-self in a rut and the methadone helped him out so so much.Yes as swim thinks that swiys should consider their tolorence level before taking methadone,and swim does not suggest taking dolophine for the shits and giggles of it as it can also become a vicious cycle....just swims input on kicking or finding other alternatives to dog-food////////
