Orange juice & pooping?

SWIM told me they are going to be rolling for the first time. The guy that SWIM bought a pill from said to take it with orange juice and to not poop unless they want to stop rolling.

SWIM is curious, what does orange juice do? Prolong the effect? And is the pooping thing BS?
