Gbl 24 7 use

SWIM would like some advise. Swim has usd GBL recreationally for the last year. Swim was going through a difficult time and had a couple of 'crazy days' in which SWIM had so much GBL it required SWIM to dose for sleeping. SWIM knows this was dangerous as SWIM has read about the dreaded 24 7 habit.
SWIM has been dosing 24 7 for the last 3 weeks and SWIM now can't achieve natural sleep.
Also during the day SWIM 'need' rather than wants a 'hit' and feels shaky when SWIM doesn't have 2 mil.SWIM doesn't feel any euphoria anymore. This is no fun for SWIM and SWIM is fully aware he shouldn't have let a 24 7 habit develop.
SWIM has decided to go cold turkey from now. SWIM hasn't re dosed since 5 am which was for few hours sleep and then 2 mil about three hours ago. SWIM is finding its taking bigger doses to 'knock him out' which is scary as SWIMS GBL supply is runing low.
How bad are these withdrawls going to get for SWIM? SWIM feels slighty anxious but nothing major as of yet.
SWIM has some Melatonin which I will try tonight but SWIM is not convinced this will help SWIM sleep. SWIM as 2 weeks off work so can lock himself away for a bit. SWIM has also orded some phenibut but this will come Wednesday.
SWIM is aware of the potential adidction to phenibut and won't take for more than 2 days
SWIM may also have some alcohol too as SWIM has read can ease withdrawls.
SWIM appreciates any advise. Is it safe to go cold turkey? Will SWIM be able to achieve sleep while I'm not dosing?
