paranoia and nightmares

Swim has gone 3 days without adderall, which is the longest hes gone without it in 2 months. Swim is paranoid. Swim used to walk his dog around the park every night. but now swim is afraid that he will get mugged or shot or something... even though he lives in a small town with low crime. Swim is constantly looking behind his back, even when he is in his own house. Swim has nightmares when he sleeps. His nightmares are always about getting killed and tortured by serial killers. He wakes up having cold sweats.

Also, when ever swim stands up, turns his head fast, or goes from light to dark, dark to light, he gets light headed and dizzy.

How long will these symptoms last? swim plans on going the rest of the summer without adderall...
