Opinions - Mylan type Fentanyl-any way to extract?

SWIM has read the abuse thread and it seems that this form can only be eaten. 150mcgs. did little for SWIM though the Duragesic patches with the GEL rocked. SWIM is prescribed 300mcgs. to be worn at a time. Will anything extract the Fentanyl? Has anyone tried? After chewing a patch for a few minutes the silicone type material will come off the reflective material but when chewed not much happened. Anyone?

Reflective material? The mylans swim has had never had any reflective material. The methods of extraction people have mentioned on this forum before include alcohol extractions or microwaving them in a small bit of water, which I wouldnt do if theres any foil/reflective material. You should find more info if you search the forums a little more.

Remember there are no "I's" here, just SWIMs SWIM's patched have a foil type back and they will separate from the sticky gel/adhesive with a bit of heat as when SWIM had 3 100mcg patches on and they would not stick. The heat from SWIM's body allowed the material to be rolled off with some difficulty. Chewing on 150mcg's did very little, mostly a tired feeling. Could be good at bedtime for sleep but that is about it. Clinic was pacifying SWIM as they stated that 300mcg's was the max they would allow but that would not be enough and they were right so after 10 days SWIM will go back to Methadone but that decreases the euphoric effect of other opioids and possibly even SWIM's Dextroamphetamine?
Once upon a time an SWIY was getting 100mcg. Duragesic patches and they rocked SWIM. Of course the powers that be find a way to mess with the products over time but often for the safety of the uneducated and that is good. Barbiturates(many but SWIM remembers Seconal, Tuinal, etcx. the best, Desoxyn(methamphetamine), Quaalude(methaqualone), even Halcion has given way to Ambien and warm milk will be packaged in a way to aid sleep given time Better safe than sorry but the inactive ingredients(The patches) are not the best to chew on most likely.

Is UTSE use the search engine? SWIM is computer illiterate. Is SWIY saying what SWIM posted is dangerous? SWIM would agree and does not recommend it for anyone. What SWIM meant is all these patches do is make SWIM tired. If SWIM uses a bit before retiring for the night he can skip the sleeping pill. SWIM almost ends every post with "be smart and be safe". SWIM would prefer to enjoy the clean and sober experience but due to medical issues it nay never happen. SWIM does not even understand the "come to loath this method due to oyhers doing the final od". Be SAFE Everyone!

Swim gave a detailed description on how to extract the fentanyl from the patch. The result is a smokable resin.

hey i figured this information might be useful for this thread... instead of extracting it you can cut a piece of the patch and place it under your tongue for sublingual absorption and swallow it eventually. onset is about 15-20 minutes. don't cut a piece too big or put the entire patch in your mouth, this stuff is strong!
