Drug info - Proper H#4 in U.K

Today SWIM scored some gear from one of his many sources and the dealer (who only smokes it) said to him as it was handed over that the tackle doesnt run brilliantly but that is nice stuff regardless, this got SWIM mildly worried as to him, that is a sure sign of some shitty gear but SWIM only shoots it so didnt think too much of it.

When SWIM got home and unwrapped it, it was very light, almost pure white. Now SWIM knows H#3 comes in all sorts of colours from very light to pinkish to dark brown but this stuff looked different to any he had seen before and he has been using for a few years now. SWIM thought holy shit is this some of the fabled H#4 that has supposedly been making a comeback in the U.K?

Now the people SWIM deals with dont know fuckall about the different kinds of dope that you can get, they think brown #3 is the only kind of H there is. So SWIM is thinking if his dealer tryed smoking this stuff and it wasnt running properly then thats a sign of #4 (as to SWIMS knowledge #4 doesnt smoke well)

So SWIM thinks the test is to try and prep a shot with no citric and see if it dissolves itself with no heat etc, which he does and with just asmidgen of heat nearly all the powder dissolved, so he gave it a almost microscopic amount of citric and that dissolved the rest, the resulting liquid was beutifully clear & light.

SWIM then took his shot and it was beautiful stuff, so SWIM is just wondering SWIMMERS opinions, could this be some of the fabled H#4 that has supposedly been making a comeback in the U.K as it seems to tick the boxes ie practically no citric needed if at all, correct colour etc, doesnt smoke properly or could it be exceptionallt high grade H#3 (but that doesnt explain why it dont smoke good)

Any opinions/thoughts please & has anyone else run into similar sounding stuff? Either way I know the man has a shitload more and SWIM plans on picking up agood load more as its A+ stuff eitherway.
