Opinions - coca tea bags and baking powder

what would swim get if he put 50-100 coca tea bags in a pan with some water then added a small tub of baking powder, took out the tea bags and boiled the liquid till there was a residue left?

Would there be any cocaine like powder there?

absolutely.
this will be some kind of crude coca extract, not "cocaine".
cocaine extraction calls for an acid base extraction with a non polar solvent, procedures which are discussed in the chemistry sections, not here.
