Does anyone out there know if their is any legal way of finding out if your phones (cellular or land lines are being tapped) swim was arrested last year after cops found 2 small pot plants on his property (less than 1/10th of an oz. total) he pleaded the felony(manufacture with intenet to distribute) down to a mis. poss (2years probation). Swims been a good boy but has noticed something odd with all cell calls. when he makes an outgoing call he nver gets a ring, just silence then someone says hello. The tell him the phonehas rung 2-3 times and they say hello several times before he seems to be able to hear them. This hasn't happened sice last summerwhen he was arrested for several weeks following. Maybe he's just being paranoid but he is a good law abiding citizen that just wants to feel safe and not being watched is there any way of publicly finding out if our being listened in on?
