Swim weights 145 pounds and took 750mg

-Complete delirium

-hallucinations of another friend in multiple settings having long conversations where the friend's personality, responses, and actions match 100% as if he was really there

-Swim is an intelligent and very self-aware person and still lost connection to reallity and believed the physically impossible to be real (Believed his friend and mom could somehow were able to stealth themselves like predator and walk through walls)

-100% real hallucinations, couldn't tell it was fake unless physically touched or really focused on hard to try to "turn back to normal"

-Heard numerous auditory halluncinations

-Music was different as if it was slowed and often lyrics were changed but hard to understand what was said when that happened

Swim was in complete astounishment of how "real" this night felt only to learn that NOTHING has happened and Swim was just merely walking around the house talking to thin air seeing shit. SWIM got a big "what the fuck are you talking about dude" when he asked his friend how the hell he got in SWIMs house that night, which was when Swim found out none of the events that took place were real.

If you are an agressive, pushy person exercise extreme caution dealing with Deleriants, if SWIM wasn't a pacifist, lazy person, some bad shit would have happened to people who were in reallity were just sleeping in thier room.

eh.. now in a more "sober" state of mind SWIM realizes how foolish he was leaving out the parts where he was convinced that his mom was going to commit suicide and kill him first, can be too much for first timers, but if youre crazy like SWIM he enjoys this shit.

Swim is not the kind of person who likes to get in out of control situations like Delirium or hallucinations. Is there anyone like that here? All swim xps with antihistamines are for his singular "antihistamines light euphoria".

SWIM tried diphenhydramine in a high dose one time and one time only. It was the worst drug experience he has ever had.. not only were the effects not "cool" like he imagined, but he thought he was having a heart attack the entire come down period and was positive he would die that night.

That was a memorable "trip", SWIM had alot of chest pain and had difficulty breathing and held his hand to his heart trying to find a beat at the same time trying to breathe which was hard as fuck. All day the next, he held his hand to his chest thinking he fucked something up.

How much Diphenhydramine did SWIY use? SWIM is getting some and thinking about doing 500mg or starting out with 200mg and working up.

500 is a heavy dose to start out with. SWIM is not trying to discourage anyone from trying it themselves but anyone that is set on trying it should be cautious because the effects can be really strong and frightening out of nowhere. SWIM would recommend a test run with around 300mg first then possibly work up to higher doses at other times.

Just to let everybody know, SWIM has been taking Diph for about a little over a year now, both recreationally and partially because though it is a non-addictive drug, he actually has become dependent on it in order to sleep through the night. Every so often, SWIM did tell me he stops taking it for a couple weeks because often, his tolerance is so high, it's amazing he has a liver at all (he actually laughed and made me laugh at that one). He enjoys his experiences with it, and doesn't do it stupidly. The most he took at once was 450mg, and he highly dis-recommended it as the dry mouth made him dry heave because he swallowed nothing but air (and he said it was hard to do so with all the dry mouth despite drinking water) for a few hours. However, now, he has to stop occasionally because even 12 25mg tablets only provide a "slight trip" so he calls it in which he just becomes slightly delerious and only listens to music... that's 250mg, and he's not even getting affected anymore. Sleep's tried many things (from legal to illegal narcotics) in order to sleep, but nothing has worked like diphenhydramine when it came to how he enjoys the "experience" while on it, and then usually when coming down off of it puts him calmly to sleep. However, he did mention that since he smokes, while on diphenhydramine it is not a good idea to chain smoke more than two cigarettes one right after the other, as he said this can make him nautious. I've actually seen him be delerious, but not in a bad way. It's all about responsibility, and taking the "right doses" to successfully self medicate without being ignorant about it. When I talked to him today though, he was telling me how amazed he is of his tolerance though. Naturally, when he "resets" his tolerance, he has to start from about 150mg back up, but it's amazing that he can now take up to 650 in a given night (not at once, but usually in two doses in the course of 10 hours) and still only have a moderately experience of delusion. And naturally, as with any drug, he's realized that each time he lowers his tolerance back to 0, anymore it seems like his tolerance builds up twice as fast the next time. Interesting. He did say he liked it, and that he wouldn't trade it for the world. Then again, as a singer in a metal band which shall remain anonymous, I have to give it to him. He's pretty fukkered in the head but at the same time fun to be around, even when he's bored. :P
