Swim might have overdosed... what should he do?

Swim has consumed 290mg of crushed xr in the past 24 hours. He was fine until took his last 30mg. Now he is kind of dizzy and his eyes cant focus very well. His heart goes from pounding against his chest irregularly, to a really soft/slow beat. Whenever swim tries to stand up he gets palpitations and a little light headed. So far there hasnt been any chest pain. Swims heart seems to be fairly stable as long as he lays still and takes deep breaths. Swim is trying to wait it out because he really doesnt want anyone to find out... swim is very calm and relaxed and doesnt want to go to the hospital unless it gets worste. Any other advice for swim?

Swim is feeling very stupid right now. He lost count of the mg's, he was a little supprised when he relized how much he had taken.
