A friend of a friend passed this experience on to me which involves Simon. Naturally I was in no way involved.

Consistency: White. Powdery, clumpy/fluffy.
Smell: Light smell of burnt plastic (did not last long)
Note: Mentioned in a few other places, apparently hygroscopic (tightly reseal remaining power or it will absorb moisture and become gunk). Possible bonus use: wrap in rolling paper and place in shoe to wick moisture.
Effects:
Single line (insnufflated)
Immediate: mostly was paying attention to the above.
+5: Slight activated/jittery feeling. Marginally coffee-like.
+10: Possibly a slight 'rounding out'. The jittery effect seems to be somewhat lessening. Might be a little clearer.
The smell is gone and only a lite chemical drip remains. Stomach knows there's something up, but haven't/can't decide what. Possibly slight numbing on the back of tongue.
Second line (insnufflated):
Immediate/+15: Smell still present. Burn very slightly increased (sinuses probably less dry this time).
+5/+20 (1:35): less jittery however not particularly euphoric or particularly clear-headed. Possibly muddled.
Thoughts/Observations: Tongue numbing still present as well as the drip and chemical uneasiness of the stomach. Would not be surprised to learn this was a combination of BZP and a anesthetic for effect. The volume required might lead to the majority being absorbed in the gut.
Third line (insnufflated):
Immediate/+30 (1:45): Burn/smell/drip same.
+5/+35 (1:50): Slight increase in stimulation. On a plus/minus 5 scale:
Clarity: -1
Stimulation: +1
Mood/Euphoria: unchanged
Pleasure: unchanged/or very moderately degraded because of stomach/drip/taste
Body load: unchanged
Stomach: -1
Thoughts: Possibly the come-up is now spread between the powder being absorbed through the gut and that which is absorbed intranasally. If so this will probably continue to build more slowly then if it was more completely being absorbed intranasally. The effect is so far superior to caffenne (less jittery) but inferior to amphetamine because of the mental clouding.
Fourth line (insnufflated)
Immediate/+45(2:00): Burn/smell/drip same.
If the efficiency of absorption isn't greatly enhanced when taken intranasally I'd call it a gimmick. Sure, it can be done but reward/gratification ratio isn't outweighing the minor discomforts. In short, it's kind of gross and no immediate effects seem to be remarkably effectively countering that, but rather seem to continue to grow slowly and mostly independently of the ritual insnufflation. If there's ever a next experiment (if this ever moves beyond baseline +1) it would probably involve a parachute or a gelcap and forgo the nasal administration.
+15/1 hour (2:15):
Clarity: -0.5
Stimulation: +1
Mood/Euphoria: unchanged
Pleasure: unchanged/or very moderately degraded because of stomach/drip/taste
Body load: unchanged
Stomach: -1
Drip remains constant. Nose running requires some sniffling. Overall profile remains the same (smell/taste/slight numb on back of tongue). If clarity were bumped to a +1 and euphoria bumped at all the overall experience would probably be worth the minor discomfort of administration.
+20/1 hour 5 minutes (2:20): Still (albeit slowly) seems to be smoothing out. Slight lift in heart-rate/bp but as expected for a stimulant, and still very slight. Possible increase in generalized numbing (body feels very mildly numbed).
Thoughts/Observations: Possibly would have achieved effects better had I attempted to force down very large lines immediately (as mentioned elsewhere) but not being a habitual intranasal chemical user plugging my sinuses up with unfamiliar gunk simply isn't very appealing.
State: Moderate stimulation/somewhat spaced out (as if very mildly stoned/drunk).
Fifth line (insnufflated)
Immediate/1 hour 10 minutes (2:30): Same smell/taste/burn/drip. Urge to redose seems mostly none-existent, there is no big reward.
Fiend/Urge to Redose: -0.25
Music: +0.25
Clarity: -0.5
Stimulation: +1.25
Mood/Euphoria: unchanged
Pleasure: +0.25 (non-descript and slightly dampened by the decrease in mental clarity, which is distracting)
Body load: unchanged
Stomach: -0.5
Numbness seems to be increasing somewhat with a noticeable anesthetic numbness of the lips very similar to having visited the dentist.
So far the experience has been more a series of alerts to something possibly happening then any fully realized effect with the latest numbness in the lips another pointer without any full-blown reason to use the product.
+15/1 hour 25 minutes (2:45):
Music: +0.25
Clarity: -0.5
Stimulation: +1.25
Mood/Euphoria: unchanged
Pleasure: +0.25 (non-descript and slightly dampened by the decrease in mental clarity, which is distracting)
Body load: unchanged
Stomach: -0.25
A small amount of toe-tapping noticed possibly related to music or (very) mild physical pleasure. The mental muddling is reminiscent of having just/not completely woke.
Sixth line (last of the powder/insnufflated)
Immediate/1 hour 30 minutes (2:50): Same smell/taste/burn/drip.
Total amount consumed: 500 mg (complete contents of 0.5 gram package)
Working backwards each line might have contained around ~100-60mg. Of course without proper measurement only the total amount consumed is likely accurate.
Jaw-clenching: none
Rushing: none
Stimulation: as noted; some/mild
Conclusion
There are a lot of factors that should lead the reader to take this report with a grain of salt or two, not the least of which is possible cross-tolerance and drug interaction with the long-acting Adderall/amphetamine.
Regarding the route of administration, without a steeper reward ratio the moderately disagreeable aspects become the dominant factor of this portion of the experience.
I wouldn't call the experience bad. On the whole I'd say it almost balanced out but it didn't provide anything remarkable. Possibly targeted at inexperienced users or users without alternatives.
With such gradual building it's hard to pin-point a peak, probably more accurate to say there was none.
Next day/Reflection:
Baseline wasn't reached until between 1 and 2 AM however the characteristics of the experience were decidedly bland with the main feature simply a non-descript, ongoing minor stimulation which eventually became tedious.

I have tried searching for this info, but cant find anything. Since charge+ is fairly expensive, and many of the research chemicals are much cheaper, does anyone have any idea which research chem(s) are contained in charge?
