USA - Need Help In A Jury Trial Without A Lawyer.

My girlfriend opted for a jury trial on "furnishing" and cultivation of marijuana,now her original trial date was going to be on the 26th of this month,not that its its been postponed until September. Now we cant afoard the 500$ for a lawyer and according to the court we cant revoke her motion for a jury trial,so shes going to be on bail for a loooooonnnnggg time. This is rally annoying because the cops seem to think we are international drug dealers or something like that,the cops have went as far as to fish my GF for information useing fake email accounts under her friends names,fake my space pages/etc. they have the right to search our house whenever they want to and if thers any drugs/alcohol in the house my GF goes to jail. they usually stop in at least once a week to harass us and have already arrested her once for a 2 week old half empty beer. So what were looking to do is move our jury trial to a sooner date OR bother the piss out of the court with as many motions/etc as possible. These 2 crimes are really minor in Maine,i plead out to my charges and got 2 $400 fines my girl was offered the same thing but didn't want to plead guilty to furnishing due to the fact that we wernt furnishing anything to anyone.

So any suggestions for bother the court/costing it money/how to go about suppeanaing evidence,how to get marijuana butter sent to a lab for testing,how to get officers to be required to show up to court to testify,motion for a speedy trial. etc. copy's/examples of the wording of these motions would be great.
