Recent meth weridness noticed.
Someone I know has been getting his stuff from a new dealer and has noticed some werid stuff with it recently.
1. The shards have sometimes are wet with some substance that seems to secrete out of the shards themselves making the very small particles stick to the inside of the bag.
2. When it's melted down to be smoked it seems to produce an odd smell like cooking hamburgers or a werid bready type smell but it goes away after the first couple of hits. Sometimes this can be faintly smelled by opening the bag and smelling inside. I'm used to smelling acetone or some other type of sweet like smell but this is totally different then what I'm used too.
3. Shard size seems to be fairly small but they are really clear with some visible crystal structure within them but not bubbles or anything like that. The shards all snap pretty easy if you try to break them.
4. Sometimes the shards are flexible like cut is so they are picked out of the bag and they are almost always not clear. However if you smoke them they seem to boil or are really watery unlike the other shards.
5. Not sure if the person I know just seems to be more sensitive to the taste/smell being off but others I know seem to not really have an issue with it and/or it doesnt bother them when hitting the pipe.
6. I cant seem to get rid of it by washing it which seems strange to me, however only small amounts seem to be attainable so it is usually not washed.
7. Halfway through the bowl it seems to take on the burned ink taste like the old locally made dope from 2003-2004 before they banned sales of pseudo.
8. It usually seems to be not too bad on the quality of high side despite the funky taste.
Being located in texas, very large semi translucent sweet smelling mexican shards are usually whats around but for whatever reason that has not been availible on the local black market.
I'm just wondering if anyone has been seeing stuff like this around or if they might know what could be done to clean it up and get rid of the hamburger taste.
