Isotretinoin + MDxx

Recently, SWIM's brother had recently wanted to start experimenting with psychoactives, being that SWIM has ample experience and brother liked what he heard/read about. His first experience of any kind (even before alcohol) was ecstasy.

Not suprisingly, he would like to try it again. Unfortunately, he decided to go back on Accutane (isotretinoin) before he could do it again. Disregarding the impurities factor, assuming that pure MDMA/MDA would be used, how bad of an idea would it be to use it considering isotretinoin is notorious for causing hepatic problems?
