Combinations - phentermine and ritalin

I was wondering if it is ok to take Phentermine {phen-fen}and ritalin together.Iv lost 118lbs and am at a plateu right now with my weight.I need to lose 30 more lbs.
I dont want to take the Phentermine and ritalin if its a bad combo.
I will say Phentermine rocks if you need to lose weight.
I need to talk to my doctor about the combination.
Any words of wisdom would be appreciated.

I'm currently taking both with no problem. Obviously just a little more sped up than normal, but nothing that popping a couple Tylenol PM's or half a 1mg Xanax can't fix ... for losing weight, I'll say that phentermine is quicker and more effective, but more harsh stim affects will prevail with it.... ritalin come down on its own is easy for me and if I haven't taken any phentermine with it that day I can sleep just fine.

How is everything going with taking both?
