Health - Urgent!; expierenced adderall users please!

Okay, so yesterday at 9:00am swim orally ingested 100mg AdderallXR.
An additional 20mg was orally taken at 4:00pm the same day.
Swim was effective in schoolwork all day. But when bedtime came swim had A LOT of trouble. Swims been up all night doing nothing besides laying in bed and picking at fingernails, which are now a bloody mess. This nail-picking occurred for 11 HOURS STRAIGHT. No joke.

Swim is soso desperate to find a solution so swim can finally go back to normal
Swims weight is appx. 100lbs.
Swims heart rate is 100 beats per minute.
Swim hasn't eaten or hydrated except for right now; swim is trying to force a pop-tart down swims throat, and sipping on cold water. Swims fingernails are in severe pain, skin is grossly oily, has sore muscles, an increasingly worse headache, and swims irritability is through the roof. Swim dosen't know if these facts are helpful but swim tried.

Swim just want's to know when this will end, or possibly some advice?
