Adderall XR and plasma donation.

Okay SWIY is getting an adderal XR prescription filled today and was planning on bingeing just a little bit. Problem is, SWIY is donating plasma today. So my question is, is it safe to take like 60 mg's adderall and then go donate plasma right after. I read somewhere that it attaches to the plasma or something. Would this make it better or worse seeing as my plasma will not be at full force?
