Methadone metabolism/exersizin;

Swim was wondering somethng. Now, if one were to get thier daily dose of meth. and then run/jog/powerwalk for say, 15/20min would thier methadone dose kick in faster and thus descrete from the body faster ass well??> swim heard that by sweating you are infact sweating out methadone but swim was wondering if exersize infact effects the degree at which the body metabolizes the done. thanks
