question about sub wd

hi all. im new to the site but have been reading the forums for a couple years. quick background info on current status of swim:

swim has been using norco 10/325 x 15 for about 1 yr. swim obtained 2 x 8mg subs and did a quick taper lasting about 10 days with just those 2 subs. jumped off at .5mg the last 2 days.

about 3 days after the last crumb, swim started to feel the wds. very tired no energy but must go to work. swims question is, swim has 4 x 7.5mg hydro left with no way of getting more. its been 2 weeks and 3 days since the last day of norco use. could swim use these to ease the wd from the subs without extending the wds overall? problem is, swim is going out of the country in 2 weeks and needs to be feeling at least decent. and from what swim read, sub wds lasts pretty long. thanks guys ahead of time. please let swim know if more info is needed or if something is unclear

Generally, if swim uses within a month or so, it will will throw you back into a mild Wd.This is much dependent on amount and frequency of use.The best case scenario is to jump and suck it up if at all possible.Diet and exercise can lop days off the lethargy and malaise that are part of the acute WD phase.Read up on PAWS, in the sticky at the top of the page, as this is information that can be invaluable to not only acute WD's as well as life after the acute phase.
