SWIM took 175mg of meperidine at work (not that unusual for him) and didn't seem like high of a dose he used a converter online to check dose. First SWIM took 3 pills (35mg each) then took another about an hour later, then another about 20min later. After about 15 min SWIM felt like he couldn't breath or like his heart was stopping, so he started to have a panic attack (good thing it wasn't busy) and just had to keep walking because he was freaking out. After that ordeal SWIM's heart started to beat fast which still wasn't fun, his heart just started to feel weird after that for a while almost like a swollen feeling or something like that, it's hard to explain. He seems ok now but doesn't want that to happen again and wants to know why that happened. SWIM can easily handle 30-40mg of oxy. Thanks!

Yeah SWIM thought that too, most of SWIMs panic attacks involve his heart in some way, but it's always been his heart beating too fast never has he felt out of breath and almost unable to breath and his heart felt like it stopped. Also it happened about 10 min after having the sixth 35mg pill which seemed like weird timing. The whole night SWIM had a very hard time sleeping, every time he was about to fall asleep he had the same heart feeling (it's like a void, or some weird pressure, it didn't hurt it just felt weird and made SWIM very paranoid to fall asleep... in case he never woke up again). Now through this day SWIM still had the same feeling every once in a while not quite as dramatic still having SWIM worried unless someone can convince him he's just paranoid. Would it also help if SWIM were to have a heart murmur? Thanks!
